I have been working in the field for 7 years now. I have been working at two
elementary school with grades preschool to 6th and have worked extensively with our
high functioning autism students and emotionally disabled students. My schools have
two self contained classrooms for these children and I have spent a lot of time in those
classrooms. I started an inclusion program for both my schools which has been highly
successful. My husband and I have recently had a baby and I would love to move closer
to my family who are based out of the Sedalia area. Anything of course is closer than
Arizona. I did my internship in Eldon, Missouri and loved it. I love the rural and metro
areas as long as my husband can be close enough to a larger town to also get a job in his
area.
Using this site is how I found my internship so I am hoping it will help me find the
right job. I will be finishing out the school year here and am looking for a position in
the 2011-2012 school year.
